    Established Kingston: Partners for a Safe Community as a community based project to help prevent injuries and illnesses in both the community and in Kingston area workplaces. The project provides individuals with the tools, network and resoources to raise awareness and prevent injuries.

    Leadership role in redesigning and updating the research biosafety program at one of Canada's leading research facilities. Project involved creating the research biosafety manual, creating a database to track all permits issued to researchers, as well as training of research team members in safe Biosafety and research practices.

The project was established to provide the Kingston Community with the support tolls and networks to develop and maintain successful health and safety programs. Now in its 17th year th eproject continues to work with the local buisness community and has assisted employers receive over $1.3 million in additional rebates through the Safety Group that the project sponsors.
