I love a good story. My passion for marketing has always revolved around how we can take a company or a product and tell its story. A good story is based on many moving factors - you need good content, the right audience and catered delivery based on your audience’s reaction. Real-life marketing is more complex than story-telling, but the fundamentals are the same. We need to give life to companies and products because, in this digital age, a moment of connection changes everything.
I love a good problem. There is nothing like the feeling of finding great solutions for existing problems. Finding facts & data, evaluating alternatives, being agile when the status quo changes. When faced with a problem, I find it hard to rest until I find a good solution. When working in a team, I ensure I am always a part of the solution.
I love a good team. I am happiest working in highly effective teams, and I strive to become a team member others can rely on. A good team is not a right but a privilege, and I am so grateful to work alongside so many brilliant individuals today at Rose Rocket.
