Comme je dit toujours , la qualité attire la qualité. Alors s’impliquer soit même en croyant que la mission est une mission de haute importance va susciter les bénévoles à s’engager et attirer des bénévoles de qualité. Les bénévoles de qualité vont croire à l’importance de leur mission est de haute importance; ce qui suscitera l’engagement d’autres bénévoles. .. et ainsi de suite
