Scientist and engineer by training, expert in information technology, I answer the specific needs of companies in information security, both in terms of governance risk management, or in terms of regulatory compliance.
Specialized for over twenty-five (25) years in information security, certified CISSP and CSSLP past eighteen (18) years (ISC2 - www.isc2.org), my professional experience has allowed me to cover all aspects of technology information (system development, networks, communications, management) and information security, both in terms of management (CRM) or its technical aspects (vulnerabilities, cryptography).
My multinational experience has allowed me to improve my understanding of the mechanisms of management of information security and its legal seating or several of its requirements.
Experienced CISSP (ethics) and CSSLP (application security) I act as a consultant in the areas of information security:
+ Using governance to manage IT security (legal, risk analysis, information technology, security indicators, business and quality);
+ Implementing processes of integrated risk management, and use of risk analysis to determine priorities (ISO 27005, ISO 31000);
+ Implementing ISMS and security controls (ISO 27001, ISO 27002);
+ Designing IT security architectures (multi-tier, risk segregation, defense in-depth);
+ Conducting IT security audit, verifying security controls and establishment of new controls;
+ Verifying or implementing compliance (SOCS, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, PHIPA, PIPA, PIPEDA, GPDR);
+ Providing trainings in information security (ISO 27001, ISO 27005, ISO 31000);
+ Designing and providing user awareness programs;
+ Establishing and implementing identity management (IAM);
+ Following up and assisting development projects and complex systems migration projects regarding IT security.
