SUMMARY:

The Jr. Scrum Master will be responsible for managing the implementation & development of smaller applications within the BEES Ecosystem, and working as part of the larger BEES Project implementation. Direct line manager will be the BEES Product Owner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create & manage project timeline
  • Monitor progress & developer burn-downs
  • Align & communicate project deliverables stakeholders
  • Manage project team progress of objectives in Azure DevOps
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and maintain the product backlog
  • Help project team with the design and development tasks / actions log
  • Lead process of issue identification and resolution
  • Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors
  • Provide weekly communication & status updates

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience or certification with project work, agile, or DevOps methodology
  • Strong Organizational & Communication Skills
  • Technical Background or Experience
  • Bilingual in French/English a strong asset

This role will be based out of Toronto Office or Montreal Brewery.
