We tend to equate leadership with the very features that make the average man a more inept leader than the average woman. The result is a pathological system that rewards men for their incompetence while punishing women for their competence.

Did you know that the Department of Justice Canada generously funded #RaiseTheBar? This funding was for five years, starting in 2019. That means that 2024 is our last year! March 28th, 2024, will be the last date you can contact #RaiseTheBar services. March 15th, 2024, will be the final day this LinkedIn is monitored. Our most recent program evaluation found that 93% of our participants indicated that they would recommend #RaiseTheBar training to others.
