Yesterday's seminar at EMBL's GeneCore Facility was a fantastic experience! It is a great pleasure for us to present BigOmics Analytics at the Swiss Proteomics Annual Meeting organized by Life Sciences Switzerland (LS2). Together with my colleagues Axel Martinelli and Antonino Zito we are happy to discuss the analysis and discovery of proteomics data using Omics Playground. In particular, we have two oral presentations today where we discuss the analysis of Olink Proteomics datasets using the platform by Axel and detailed guidelines on normalization and imputation of missing values for Mass Spec datasets by Antonino.
