#Paris2024 🌍🏅 Our partner Jaime Cambreleng Contreras has been appointed as the FIVB Disciplinary Panel Subcommittee in charge of Beach Volleyball during the Olympics. In this role, Jaime is responsible for investigating and sanctioning, as the case may be any disciplinary offense committed by players, officials, teams, or federations. His intervention has not been required so far, and the competition is progressing smoothly as we head into the final week. It is an honor for us to be part of the Olympics in our various roles. As spectators and sports fans, we are also enjoying such a monumental event! His work mainly included drafting briefs and contracts, as well as representing clients in contentious and non-contentious matters. Francis is specialized in labor law. Additionally, he is fluent in four languages (French, English, German, and Spanish) and has extensive legal training. We are pleased to announce that Marc Cavaliero and Carol Etter have contributed to the #20th issue of Football Legal! ⚽   They analyze a significant decision by the Swiss Federal Tribunal (SFT) from October 9, 2023. This decision dismissed an appeal by a national football association (FA) against a ruling by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) from May 8, 2023.
