CBRE Investment Properties successfully advised on the sale of two commercial assets in the city of Fribourg. Each property was acquired by a different private investor, which underlines the unabated interest of private investors in the commercial real estate sector.

CBRE was pleased to assist COPRÉ in defining and implementing a portfolio strategy leading to the sale of 11 residential assets in Switzerland, in Yverdon-les-Bains (VD), Lucens (VD), Paudex (VD), Nyon (VD), Bütschwil (SG), Wil (SG), Goldach (SG), Erlen (TG) x3 and Rickenbach (TG). The diverse nature of the assets in terms of location, volume and ESG profile reflects CBRE's proficiency in managing complex portfolio transactions. CBRE has advised a private investor in the definition, sourcing and acquisition of a residential property in the city of Fribourg.
