Have you ever felt pressure when negotiating? You are not alone. Frontline negotiators are facing more stress than ever before. As demands increase and resources diminish, the pressure on humanitarian professionals is at an all-time high. That is why the CCHN researched the topic in 2019 and conducted a follow-up study in 2023. 👉 So, how do you cope under pressure? This was the central question driving the CCHN’s research, which revealed the sources and impacts of the pressure faced by negotiators today. Surprisingly, most of the pressure comes from an internal level but humanitarian negotiators use external factors as coping mechanisms. 👉 What are the solutions? The CCHN has developed a Pressure Management programme, offering tools and methodologies to help negotiators manage physical, mental, and emotional stress. 🔍 Are you curious to learn more? Discover the full research results here: https://lnkd.in/gTztDQvi Thank you Maude Pittet Nazareno for this insightful report! ⚠️ Erratum: there is no upcoming workshop for the moment.
