🌟 We are proud to announce that our apprentices, Jana Rust, Siona Odermatt, and Ahgash Thavarajah, have successfully passed their final exams after completing their three-year commercial apprenticeship at Medela. Over the past three years, Jana, Siona, and Ahgash have rotated through nine different departments such as Finance, Quality Operations, Marketing, and R&D every three months, gaining invaluable practical experience alongside their school hours. By working in different departments, our apprentices not only build comprehensive and diverse skill sets but also contribute fresh perspectives and energy to our teams. A heartfelt thank you goes out to their supervisors for their support, guidance, and mentorship throughout this journey – both instrumental in their success and in fostering growth and development of young professionals. 🌞 A Memorable Evening with the Medela Family in Germany! 🌞 Last Thursday, Gerald Hübner warmly invited all Medela Germany employees and their families to our annual summer party, and what an amazing celebration it was! With more than 200 colleagues and family members, it was a joy to see so many smiling faces. Our trusted caterer served up a delicious BBQ buffet, paired perfectly with refreshing summer cocktails. The ice cream truck was a big hit, especially with the kids! The little ones had a blast with the bouncy castle and many other fun activities. This wonderful event allowed us to connect on a personal level, beyond the usual work environment. It was a perfect evening to strengthen our bonds and grow closer as the Medela family. 🌞🎶 "Here comes the sun," and it did just in time for our Medela Summer Party! 🌞🎉 Thank you to the nearly 200 colleagues, family members, and children who joined us for our traditional HQ summer event. While we all enjoyed a delicious spread of grilled delicacies, tempting treats, and refreshing beverages, the children (and some of us not-so-little ones) had a blast in the children’s corner, particularly with face painting featuring football tattoos and red and white flag visuals 🇨🇭 to get into the mood for the game later that evening. The event was rounded off by a speech from #MichaelLarsson and Thomas A.
