Since the start of the full-scale invasion of 🇷🇺 #Russia, 1700+ Ukrainian civilians have disappeared and been arbitrarily detained, according to our partner Media Initiative for Human Rights. In a 🆕 report, we expose how the Russian army is creating fear and denunciation in the occupied territories by torturing people. Those perceived to be disloyal to the Russian invasion are systematically targeted. This can amount to crimes against humanity of persecution.
