Meet Flurin Flurin joined our business in spring 2022. Before he used to work for multiple years in the Adventure industry taking thrill seekers for Canyoning, Rafting and Bungy-Jumping. Through his previous occupation, he gained experience on how teams can act in stressful situations and on how to lead them in those times. But after 7 years, it didn’t offer him any more challenges in the daily business. So, he started looking for other opportunities and found Stucki. Only to find out that it was a match! While working at Stucki, he discovered the differences and the similarities in the outdoor industry and the corporate business environment. His will to continuously learn is a benefit for the company but also a challenge.
