  • How armasuisse Immobilien transformed remote work challenges into opportunities for growth.   In the era of remote work, mastering virtual collaboration is crucial.    When Armasuisse Immobilien faced the challenge of enhancing their virtual teamwork, they turned to Stucki for a solution. Here’s how we tackled a complex issue and delivered impactful results.   🌐 The Challenge: Imagine orchestrating a seminar with 90 participants, spread across 22 breakout rooms, and conducted entirely in two languages—all within a half-day. The task? To tackle the nuances of virtual collaboration and communication.   🚀 Stucki’s Approach:   1. Activity-Oriented Tasks: We designed engaging, interactive activities focused on communication and cooperation to bridge the gap between virtual and in-person interactions. 2. Dynamic Breakout Sessions: With 22 breakout rooms, participants were immersed in diverse, scenario-based exercises that challenged their virtual collaboration skills. 3.     Meet Flurin Flurin joined our business in spring 2022. Before he used to work for multiple years in the Adventure industry taking thrill seekers for Canyoning, Rafting and Bungy-Jumping. Through his previous occupation, he gained experience on how teams can act in stressful situations and on how to lead them in those times. But after 7 years, it didn’t offer him any more challenges in the daily business. So, he started looking for other opportunities and found Stucki. Only to find out that it was a match! While working at Stucki, he discovered the differences and the similarities in the outdoor industry and the corporate business environment. His will to continuously learn is a benefit for the company but also a challenge. If a business does not fulfill the passion for lifelong learning, he might get bored and look for another field to develop in. So as an employer, feeding him new challenges is key. This is nowadays a very important aspect in keeping your staff passionate and engaged for the business.     Ausreden oder Verantwortung.. Bei Stucki Leadership & Team Development sind wir fest davon überzeugt, dass Fehler nicht das Ende, sondern der Anfang eines jeden Lernprozesses sind. 🔦 Es geht darum, Verantwortung für das eigene Handeln zu übernehmen. Denn Ausreden, warum etwas nicht funktioniert hat oder schief ging, gibt es wie Sand am Meer und sie sind das genaue Gegenteil von Verantwortung. ⚖ „Ausreden“ und „Verantwortung“ funktionieren wie eine Waage: Je mehr man von dem einen praktiziert, desto weniger von dem anderen. Ausreden kommen automatisch, und Sie haben sie bestimmt auch schon oft gehört: "Wir haben das schon immer so gemacht..", "Wir sind noch in der Lernphase.." oder "Wir haben keine Zeit..." sind nur wenige davon. 🗺 Hier sind drei Wege, wie wir Fehler in unserem Team positiv nutzen, um Verantwortung zu übernehmen: ♦ Akzeptieren und Annehmen: Wir erkennen Fehler an und betrachten sie als wertvolle Lernmomente. ♦Analysieren und Verstehen: Jeder Fehler wird analysiert, um die zugrunde liegenden Ursachen zu verstehen. ♦Verbessern und Vorangehen: Aus den gewonnenen Erkenntnissen entwickeln wir Strategien zur Verbesserung und wenden sie konsequent an.
