I am a Business Leader with over 20 years of experience driving Business & Digital transformation, Innovation, Strategy and Operational Excellence across Europe, the US, and Asia. My key strength is the ability to balance the 3 key transformation pillars of Strategy, Technology & People to drive lasting change & turbocharge business operating models via cutting-edge technologies of Artificial Intelligence, Data & Analytics and Cloud-based solutions.

Over the course of my career in financial services, industrial, consulting, and technology firms, I have worked with C-suite leaders to drive tangible business value of over $200 M. There I have led Business & Technology transformation portfolios exceeding $150 M as well as PE led M&A & Value creation programs. I have managed global P&Ls and business units, as well as led Sales, Business Development & Talent Management functions.

Deeply embedded in the start-up ecosystem, I serve as an advisor and board member for innovative start-ups. Additionally, I am a guest lecturer on Innovation and Digital Transformation at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology. My certifications in Agile, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Design Thinking, and change management ensure a balanced focus on people development while driving strategic initiatives.

Outside of work, I author a children's sci-fi series, coach the Swiss junior cricket team, and am a volunteer for refugee integration.
