Project Management and Process Improvement

Process Improvement involves ways to make existing processes faster, more accurate, more efficient, and more reliable through both strategic and tactical  efforts throughout the University. This is done by working with college, division, departments and unit  leaders to plan , develop  and implement  Human Resource initiatives, policies and processes. Innovation and enhancement of existing processes aligns with the NC State goal of increasing effectiveness, efficiencies and creates a community that supports a culture of excellence by supporting the mission, vision and strategic goals of the University and University Human Resources by leading organizational efforts following best practices in higher education, industry and continuous process improvement solution development.
