Your message will appear on the right field video board at Great American Ball Park at the end of the 4th inning in alphabetical order by first letter of the message. Each message is displayed for approximately 7 seconds. Messages are not displayed individually, they will be shown similar to the picture above.
The Reds have the right to decline or edit any message if necessary.
Messages that are obscene, lewd, inappropriate, offensive, include foul language, and/or refer negativity to any Major League Baseball organization or player will not be accepted. Messages cannot reference the opposing team or players. Messages may not be used for commercial purposes or contain web URLs, phone numbers, email or social media addresses. However, company groups attending a game may welcome their companies by name. The Reds reserve the right to edit or modify any messages that do not meet these guidelines or fit within the allotted space.
Messages must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the date of the game. If you do not see your game preference listed, you have missed the deadline to order. If your message is purchased within 48 hours of your selected game, there is no guarantee that your message will be displayed. We will do our best to accommodate all message requests in a timely manner.
If for any reason the game you purchased a message for gets cancelled, your purchased message will appear on the date of the make-up game.
