Paramount's Global Inclusion Advisory Committee (GIAC) is a cross-functional internal council, co-chaired by the CEO and the Global Head of Inclusion. It is comprised of senior executive leaders from across the company and meets quarterly to discuss key diversity and inclusion issues and business initiatives.
