✨𝗨𝗦𝗖𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗛-𝟭𝗕 𝗖𝗮𝗽 𝗟𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆✨ USCIS just announced that it will conduct a second round of the H-1B cap lottery. What do HR professionals and foreign nationals need to know? 🔸Random selection will be conducted soon by USCIS 🔸"Master's cap" has already been reached; "Regular cap" has not been reached 🔸Second Random Selection will include registrations submitted in March 2024 🔸While USCIS is including those registrations that indicated eligibility for "master's cap" and for the "regular cap", selected registrations will be counted under the "regular cap" 🔸Once lottery selection completed, USCIS will make an announcement Wishing everyone lots of luck!! #H1B https://lnkd.in/gSD25AuT
