    Surprisingly well designed.
    I've just got this scale for a couple of months so I cannot review battery longevity/autonomy.But regarding the operation of the device, I am very positively impressed. It measures a lot of stuff I barely understand but it also gives the weight with 2 decimals. It will sound like a detail but to be honest, this accuracy helped me to monitor and control my weight on a daily basis with the results appearing in the picture attached.the fact that there is the history/evolution helps a lot compared to traditional scales as it is possible to value the progression.My diet was no lunch, limited breakfast and dinner from Mondays to Fridays, a bit more permissive during weekends, I mean, eat fancy stuff but not in quantity.With the device connected, the app calculates a lot of information. If not connected, you can still use the scale and see the weight but you will not have other indications.The only issue is that one has to also activate the geolocation every single time they use the app.Now, I am curious to try the other Renpho device.

    These are BRILLIANT!!! Incredibly accurate and so easy when used with the app. However do not accidentally knock them as the result is similar to dropping a raw egg! I’ve only had them a few weeks and they are already making us 6lb heavier overnight because I accidentally knocked them. I’ve tried to recalibrate them:

    (1. Place the scale on a hard and flat surface. Softer floors such as carpets would cause inaccuracies. 2. Step on the scale with one foot until the LED screen lights up. Then step off and wait for the LED screen to display "CAL" When "0.00" is displayed, the scale is calibrated and you could step on it for measurement.)

    …but it’s not worked. Worth every penny but take extra special care with them!

    I am a student of accredited Human Nutrition degree and we use various professional equipment for body composition readings at the university. I have tested this scale against our very expensive bio-impedance scale and they both have pretty similar readings, which only shows that this is a good quality personal body composition scale! Obviously, there will always be differences in results from various body composition methods as the perfect method wasn't discovered yet, except post mortem tissue analysis! So far, bio-impedance methods are highly accurate and good indicator of where you stand. This scale is very easy to use and the fact that you can connect it to your phone is pretty awesome! The value is also great, I can only recommend!

    I recently purchased the RENPHO Smart Scale, and I am very pleased! The detailed insights it provides into my health are invaluable and informative. With more detailed insights, I better understand my health and what to do to improve it.

    The scale is sleek and modern, fitting well in my apartment without taking up much space. It’s easy to use and syncs seamlessly with the accompanying app, which is user-friendly and seems to work quite well. Beyond just weight, the scale offers data on BMI, body fat percentage, muscle mass, and more. The accuracy of the measurements seems very good. These insights have been incredibly helpful in understanding my body and what I can do to improve my health. This scale has helped me to make a fitness plan that works for me!

    This is my fourth or fifth Renpho product. It's safe to say I trust them.

    I purchased this scale to replace a USB-rechargeable scale (not made by Renpho) that I bought a few years ago. The USB was a hassle, and the app was loaded with annoying ads. When I recently tried to use the scale, I discovered that it was no longer syncing to Google Fit. The warning from Google suggested that the app tried to access data it shouldn't access, so I'm done with it.

    This solar-powered scale is great, because it's just going to work all of the time without needing to be recharged. It's solid and feels sturdy, and the display is easy to read. The Renpho app is also great, because it doesn't have ads and doesn't try to scrape my data from Google. But more than that, it does a really good job of displaying weight and BMI data in a meaningful way.

    Amusingly, you can set different sounds for when your weight goes up/down or stays the same. You can also add other Renpho Bluetooth devices to the app, such as a blood-pressure monitor.
