I've wanted to stay at this property for years and had a really enjoyable stay! Check in was very smooth thanks to Jason, he is a great front desk guy, very welcoming and friendly. He explained the destination fees/taxes and how to use our $30 daily food credit and we appreciated that. We used our credit most days on coffee and pastries, they were value for money but other items in the cafe and bar were quite overpriced. The staff are efficient and friendly, we enjoyed great service, Santosh and Lucille were stand outs and work very hard every day. Our room on the 12th floor of the Landmark building was beautiful and the beds were amazingly comfortable. We had a coffee maker and mini fridge that were very useful for a 6 night stay. The shower and products were great, but the bathroom became very steamy and humid quickly as there was no fan or ability to open the window. We liked the water bottle we got from the concierge and being able to refill it, as needed, in the lobby with fresh, filtered water. The hotel is very historic and we enjoyed the museum room as well as all the photos and museum boards throughout the property. We were disappointed that the lobby was closed for renovation, it's such a beautiful feature of the hotel. Our only complaint was the masses of airline staff at the property, constantly checking in and out and some large groups were loud and obnoxious, it got annoying quickly and we had to move out of the lobby one afternoon due to the noise.

The staffs are okay but the room is unclean. A lot of the dirt on the wall plugs and the shower room is somehow broken. It is just an old hotel overall. And the noise is terrible. I heard neighbors taking showers so clearly at 5am in the morning. I wasn’t able to sleep well

The hotel was spotless. The beds were super comfortable and the room was spacious. Conveniently located, it is a great jumping off point for a visit to the city. Highly recommend.

Very good hotel, staff and location. Room very nice but mine was exactly next to the elevators shaft so all night long when the elevators were moving, the noise in the room was crazy loud. If they give you room 1224, ask to change it
