Lovely property and well-located but the walls are thin between rooms. If you’re a light sleeper, you may not enjoy it. Front desk staff were friendly but a bit too casual at times, imo.

The hotel is a frequent event venue. When there is an event, hotel guests are second class citizens. We were sitting in the bar when we were told the bar was the site of a ticketed event that would be starting shortly. The implication was that we needed to clear out. We didn’t at first, but eventually we got enough glares so we left. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There are too many other choices.

The hotel itself was nice however the management appears to give more consideration for the general public over the paying hotel guests- allowing anyone to overtake the lobby and it’s amenities to work from home - study etc. not leaving any seats or areas available for hotel visitors. I will not come back to this hotel exclusively for this reason.

Overall enjoyed my stay, though was disappointed at the level of consideration that was given to guests of the hotel over the general public. The lobby and it’s lounge was overtaken by outsiders who did not patronize the hotel at all - leaving not a chair for its hotel guests. Very disappointing and will not get back there.
