Have stayed here multiple times. Great hotel with amazing central location. Impeccable facility. FYI Cabin rooms vary in size and can be really tiny without much space to walk around. Good for 1 person who isn’t spending a lot of time in the room.

Incredible gem in London's best neighborhood that doesn't break the bank. The Green Park station across the street ensures that you have convenient access to basically anywhere in zone 1 within like 30 min. Getting to locations like Buckingham, Oxford Street, Piccadilly Circus, Soho, etc is only a 10-20 min walk. Very nice layout and the lobby/bar design lends itself very well to socialization (unlike most Hotels that are very impersonal). Their description of it being a "home away from home" during your stay is accurate. The deluxe room, while small, is more than sufficient for 2 people. Wonderfully comfortable and refreshing bed and bathroom. It's all beautifully finished with obvious attention paid to detail and we really admired their little personal touches like the handwritten welcome note.

The hotel is beautiful and charming and very well located in the best location of Mayfair. The staff is impeccable, the breakfast magnificent. Close to everything but far away from relaxing stay. I highly recommend The bed was plush and super comfortable.

Amazing location. Great bar. Door staff impecable. Standard Room had all amenities but was a little bit of a squeeze and air-co unfortunately twice developed a fault in our 6 night stay (bad luck) but other than that very hard to fault. Bed very comfy and room reasonably well sound proofed. Would stay again.

I loved this stay! I was traveling solo and felt safe, comfortable and cared for. There was always staff available at the front to open the doors or answer any questions. This was my fourth time staying at this hotel and my husband’s third time. We usually fly in on my birthday and they always make it special with the treats. When we were disappointed in our initial suite, they moved us to another at their earliest convenience. Henny always greeted us with a smile and Duane is always a rockstar with his smile and service. The only matter that was annoying was the drain in our bathtub, which was very slow and caused me to slip. Regardless of that, we are planning on returning in December and we look forward to it.

Property is in a terrific location. Easy access to the Green Park tube station. You can walk to many attractions such as Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben etc. Hotel service is exceptional and friendly. The only drawback was the size of the room. Lots of dining choices nearby or short tube ride to many other nice areas.

I'm a repeat customer to The Mayfair Townhouse- I think I come to London every July just to stay at this exquisite hotel! I love this hotel, let me count the ways: the staff pampers you, it's easy to get around the hotel, room service is fantastic,complimentary refrigerator goodies, easy to use coffee machine, the beds and pillows are the best I've ever used, and the breakfast is wonderful! Thank you for making my four days in London delightful!

only dissapointment was our room had quiet a strong smell of dust upon entry. Nothing horrific as was used it after short period in room, it was highly likely caused by construction work out side window. But the room, staff and location are fab, especially if dinning near area. Hide for breakfast round the corner is a must as well

Great property and great staff especially Tom, the very engaging and professional bartender. First rate! I had requested a quiet room in the back of the hotel. Sadly, this request was not delivered. Maybe the hotel was booked, but I didn’t see that many customers.
