It worked well; I bought it to take on holiday with me and even though the temperature hit 37 degrees, I still smelled fresh. I have knocked off one star for the following reasons, the texture is quite thick and when I got home and washed some of my clothes there was still a thick greasy residue under the arms of some of my clothing even after a wash. Maybe I used too much? It hasn't stained the clothing and I'm sure after another wash the residue will go. It hasn't lasted as long as my other deodorants, only about 4 weeks, whereas my other solid deodorants last much longer, which makes it quite expensive. I liked the idea of it being refillable; however, the only place I seem to be able to find the refill, is on the manufacturers website and when I go to pay I have to select my country with the only options of Canada or US, not much use if I'm in the UK. I really like the product but don't think I will purchase it again due to the residue issue and also the fact it doesn't last very long compared to other solid deodorants, making it quite expensive to use.

This deodorant smells amazing, I love the scent of it and think it’s a really nice product. It didn’t cause any irritation and my underarms definitely felt hydrated and smooth, not drying at all. I used the entire stick before writing a review so feel it was a fair test - I found that it definitely didn’t mask the scent of sweat and once that came through it was noticeable and i would have to top up way more frequently whereas the usual deodorants I use I can do one use for a whole day. I found that if I used an unscented deo first in my usual brand, then this on top it worked perfectly fine but of course that defeats the object. The other downside is the product does ball up on the underarm throughout the day and then leaves little balls of product which drops onto clothes and surfaces if it is a loose item of clothing. Overall, I think it’s a nice smelling product and in cooler months/low activity days I think it is fine and I would use again, but when I am more active/it’s warm I think I’ll stick to what I know. I would repurchase but I’d be very mindful of when I wear/use the product as I wouldn’t want to risk smelling.

I alternate between this and Lume because my regular one stopped working. I don't actively search for aluminum free however this is one of the best options out there in that category.
I find this scent to be far less intense than the others and it doesn't irritate my underarms. I keep it in my handbag to reapply as needed because I work a very physically active job and sweat profusely.
The stick itself seems to last a long time even with regular use; I've had mine for several months and there's plenty left. As for the claims of shaving less I don't know the validity however my armpits are very smooth.
I also use this on other areas of my body as I find the scent agreeable (I get fruit/vanilla/woody) and it helps with keeping odor at bay. If you're sensitive do a patch test first as the enzymes/fragrance can cause a rash for some.

I've tried a lot of alternatives to aluminum antiperspirant, and none of them helped. The main problem I want to avoid is having my clothes start smelling bad within an hour of wearing them. Nothing has EVER worked for me, not even extra strength aluminum antiperspirant.

Until this. I don't know how it works, but it does. No more stinky clothes.

Either that or my sense of smell is gone, but I'm pretty sure it's the deodorant.
