Signature Serve: Dead Man's Fingers Passion Fruit Rum with lemonade and wedge of lime Signature Cocktail: Passion Fruit Daiquiri - 50ml Dead Man's Fingers Passion Fruit Rum, 25ml Lime Juice & 15ml Sugar Syrup - Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with cubed Ice. Shake well and fine strain into chilled glass.

Inspired by our original Spiced Rum from the Rum & Crab Shack in St. Ives, Cornwall, this rum has sweet tropical passion fruit aromas with hints of mango. It makes a great variation of a Pornstar Martini or in simple refreshing serves.

Ingredients

50ml Dead Man’s Fingers Passionfruit Rum

150 ml Lemonade

Method

Build and stir over ice and garnish with half a passion fruit

Passionfruit Martini

50ml Dead Man’s Fingers Passionfruit Rum

25ml Lime Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with cubed Ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass.

Pornstar Martini

Ingredients

50ml Dead Man’s Fingers Passionfruit Rum

20ml Passoa Passion Fruit Liqueur

20ml Vanilla Syrup

20ml Lime Juice

50ml Sparkling Wine

Method

Shake all ingredients except for the wine in a cocktail shaker with plenty of cubed ice, then strain into a frozen glass. Garnish the drink with half a passion fruit, then serve with a shot of sparkling wine on the side.
