    Machine used to recover cream from collapsible tube, usefull on line production, where for any defect was line diverted and no longer reach the client, let decrease cream waste, improve use of row material and get lower production costs. People operated , manually cup removed and tube mouth perforated, is positioned on a conveyor chain, which leads to compression point, there will be removed the content, which is deposited in a vessel. The tube continues and is sent away. The cycle…

    Our customer had three machines stopped because their hot print controls got damaged, there were not spare parts and finally they lost these controls. He ask us, can you fix my problem? I said, Yes. We can build three new control units. Then we developed this project. Collect information, made electric drawings, built mother board, assemble three complete units, test them, identify problems and fix them. Today they are running these machines and can feel quiet, they have our assistance…

Done this, he show me a production line and talking about this he said “ I’m loosing some client orders on that machine because it has a low production capacity”. Its speed should be low because it didn`t reach a good temperature needed to preheat PET and run faster. I told him, we can solve that problem on one week if all required electronic components are on our city stores, and current machine…

    A customer ask us to fix a fault that he had on a PLC of one of his PET blower machines. Done this, he show me a production line and talking about this he said “ I’m loosing some client orders on that machine because it has a low production capacity”. Its speed should be low because it didn`t reach a good temperature needed to preheat PET and run faster. I told him, we can solve that problem on one week if all required electronic components are on our city stores, and current machine control`s range could be abroad. We need get information on machine, look for solutions, and implement one of these. Our client accepts our proposal, answer, ok, go ahead, you have a week. We made our project plan, start getting info about how this machine operates, we draw electric schematics, and worked in controls problem, could these controllers support a bigger voltage? Them let changes? What happen if buy a new ones? This last would take minimum 60 day to import them. For that reason we start adapting, modifying current controllers. That was two weeks of hard work and got a solution. Using new technologies found at city market we developed an hybrid that operated very well. Since that day our customer runs that machine at bigger speed like he needed.
    Result: he produces three times more on that machine than months ago. He accepted more orders and on this machine he is producing a reference which represents the biggest volume of his company. The technical support on this machine is more simple, faster, cheaper, and spare parts are on commercial market. He trust in our service, it`s honest, disciplined, and focused to the target.

    Implementación de una gran idea para una necesidad de la industria. Instalar una selladora de cajas de cartón al final de líneas de producción, reemplazando el actual cerrado ejecutado manual y aplicando cinta. La nueva maquina recibe la caja de la línea de producción, con producto en su interior, ella controla las solapas superior e inferior, aplica adhesivo controlado en cantidad y posición, cierra las solapas y asi entrega al final de línea la caja totalmente sellada. Esto permite tener una mejor calidad de sellado, control de la cantidad de adhesivo y un proceso mas rápido. Reducción costos, desperdicio de material y tiempo perdido. Esta máquina puede manejar las dimensiones de caja, ancho, alto y largo, ajuste manual o automático.
