English: St. Louis was a German transatlantic liner that was built in 1929 and scrapped in 1952. She is notable for a voyage she made in May and June 1939 on which she took 963 Jewish refugees from Germany to seek refuge in the Western Hemisphere, and then onward to Belgium after countries including Cuba and the USA turned them away.
