This is a place where users can communicate with administrators, or administrators with one another. You can report vandalism, problematic users, or anything else that needs an administrator's intervention. Do not report child pornography or other potentially illegal content here; e-mail legal-reports@wikimedia.org instead. If reporting threatened harm to self or others also email emergency@wikimedia.org.

Report users for clear cases of vandalism. Block requests for any other reason should be reported to the blocks and protections noticeboard.


Report disputes with users that require administrator assistance. Further steps are listed at resolve disputes.


Reports that do not suit the vandalism noticeboard may be reported here. Requests for page protection/unprotection could also be requested here.


Other reports that require administrator assistance which do not fit in any of the previous three noticeboards may be reported here. Requests for history merging or splitting should be filed at COM:HMS.

User:I have "cousins"

Please block the user I have "cousins" for being a vandalism-only account, having been blocked on both the English and French Wikipedia for persistent vandalism of articles. Wheatley2 (talk) 07:35, 1 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

User:Firnanda.Reena

Already blocked three times for uploading copyrighted images. User had an unblock declined in 2019 in which they explained that the copyvios they'd uploaded were "free pictures" from a website, and they still seem to take that view of internet content, yesterday they uploaded File:Dr. Lisa Damour.png with a source of I found this on Lisa Damour's Facebook Page. (it's a screengrab of https://www.facebook.com/lisadamourphd/videos/495034203226507 and is in no way freely licenced). Belbury (talk) 16:24, 1 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Request to semi-protect File:Mining Yellow.svg

Used on 2,002 pages on the Latin Wikipedia, any vandalism to this file would ruin practically all of Latin Wikipedia, so that's why I'm requesting to semi-protect this file. Wheatley2 (talk) 23:14, 5 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
