They clearly wanted to license their work under CC-BY-NC-ND 3.0 as stated in the description but YouTube only allows CC-BY 3.0, They haven't changed the license ever since (archive.org). I suggest deleting the file from Commons but keep it on Wikipedia with {{Non-free with NC and ND}}. Lol1VNIO (talk) 20:01, 5 April 2022 (UTC)
