- I'm Kazumasa Fushida. Al Balog (who shares this IchibanNOAH account with me) originally took a picture from his phone of my personal fancam when I was at a Fukushima, Japan house show in 2002, which I gave him permission to use on Wikipedia. Steve Williams is his idol. I sent my personal fancam video to him to watch on his laptop, and I gave him permission to use it. Him not knowing about metadata, Al simply re-uploaded the original file. It was put on Commons because Steve Williams is deceased. I added my information and permission into the authorization. Meanwhile, I do not understand why Al Balog did not answer the first copyvio notice and why the ownership of the video has not been attributed to the rightfull owner originally.
