Where i can get more information about 'create_video' endpoint?

I tried to create a video from a set of images following the instructions from https://cloudinary.com/documentation/video_generation#key_concepts . but only movement and change pacity are described there. I need to change scaling, rotate images etc. Wherre can i get more information about paramiters of jsonManifest? Maybe get more examples… And what is the approximate release date of this feature?
