Connect Integration (MeridianLink) - Expiration & Reminder Settings

We currently have our DocuSign connected to our MeridianLink platform to send out documents via MeridianLink for new account opening and loan documents, etc to be signed electronically. When these documents are sent out, is there a way to set up expiration timeframes and reminder frequency on the DocuSign side, or would this all be controlled through MeridianLink?

DocuSign + Zoom Email Input Issue

Hello,We are using Zoom with the DocuSign Integration and we are having an issue where at the end of the signing process, a user is tasked with entering in their email and for some reason, it will only allow them to enter in a few characters and then it freezes. Our leads then take control over the session and finish it. Any ideas on this? Thanks

account.docusign.com refused to connect.

I have been a ZipForms, DocuSign and DocuSign Transaction room user for several years. I have received this error on more than one occasion in the past 6-10 months. Sometimes I have time to wait for it to "clear up" but it's nothing I'm doing wrong. It just refuses to connect. I've refreshed the tabs but it starts when I am using Zip Form to create and tag the docs in a "package" that when I click NEXT it automatically opens a new window in DocuSign and brings the docs in for further tagging before sending out for signing. account.docusign.com refused to connect This is what pops up in the window of DocuSign.

Hi all,I am a new for DocuSign developer. Docusign Integration with Schwab Advisor Center

Hello everyone,Has anyone run into an issue where no matter which web browser you use, if you go through Schwab Advisor Center → Account Management → Go to Docusign consoleit opens up a new tab in the browser, but nothing loads at all. I’ve had my local IT check browser settings, DNS flushed, browser cache/history cleared out, etc. Nothing seems to fix it, and I was wondering if it might be a permissions issue on the docusign end? Hello, I am trying to find a way to connect Docusign and Airtable. Once my document is returned signed by the client I would like to have the document downloaded automatically into my airtable database. Airtable / Docusign Integration to

I would like to take data from airtable to put on pdf template or any template. Then would like to take this template that is filled out with this data to be electronically signed with docusign. For example If I am trying to do a lease renewal for an apartment I have a general template of the renewal that has about 10 places where it takes data from airtable to fill out. Then I need to take this document and be able to get electronic signature and then store the final document on airtable. I also have zapier and can pay for make to help get this done if needed.

Zapier & Docusign connection expiring every 30 days

Hello! We’re using Zapier to connect our website’s form to Docusign, and conditionally send out envelopes to users who fill out a form. We’re running into issues where the connection between Zapier and Docusign expires regularly, causing our envelopes to not be sent. The exact error we’re getting in Zapier is “Unable to fetch refresh token: invalid_grant” Reaching out to Zapier support, they responded with:Based on Docusign's documentation, it uses a default value of 720 hours (30 days) for token expiration. This means that if you've obtained the token by logging into your account, it will expire in 30 days from the first login. Is it possible to create an envelope within HubSpot but to let someone else send it out under their name?

We have a situation where we want to have our administrative department to create contracts in HubSpot, but have someone else (a manager familiar to the relation) send out the contract under their name.It is currently possible to create a contract and have someone else send it out, but it will be under the name of the person that initially creates the contract.Is it possible to change the name in the e-mail header with for instance a standardized name, or is it always the person that initially creates the contract?

I'm wondering if you could guide me through a process to tackle a challenge I've on the table.I want to fill in a DocuSign Contract and send it to the concern customers. The issue I've been facing so far is that upon selecting "Send a Document from Template to Sign" module of DocuSign in Make.com, I can't see the custom fields that the particular Template appears to have.There are certain custom fields that I want to fill in with a data source (G Sheets) and there are some other custom fields that I want my customers to fill in. i.e. Address, Company Name etc. Did anyone face this kind of issue and able to solve it without using any other automation tool? i.e. Zapier etc

Is there a way to send Invoices via DocuSign for e-signature? I've added the DocuSign App to QuickBooks Online, however I'm only able to send Estimates with DocuSign. I need to also send Invoices through DocuSign for Signature.
