How do I write or update a review?

You can write a review here.

If you’ve already left a review and want to edit it, click here to see all of your previous reviews. Use the edit icon to the right of the review that you want to change. Your review will be moderated within 3 business days.

How do I list my product on G2?

If you’re looking to add a product or service on G2.com, we encourage you to add it here.

Here’s the process you can expect:

Once you’ve submitted the form, your product or service will be conditionally approved—meaning it is being verified by our research team to ensure eligibility and proper categorization. It will be live on G2.com shortly.

You’ll receive emails from G2 letting you know the status of your submission.

Once your G2 Profile is live, head on over to your profile and claim your listing. There, you can make any necessary updates.

After submitting your claim request, our team will review your submission for final approval within 1-3 business days.

We do not accept business-to-consumer (B2C) products or products that are currently in the alpha or beta stage of development.

Is my personal information secure on G2?

We receive, store, and process certain types of personal information about you from your use of the service, automatic data collection, and from certain third parties. As the world’s most trusted software marketplace, we prioritize personal data security. You can find more details about the information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it here.

How do I report a fake review on the site?

If you believe a review is fake or otherwise inappropriate, you can click on the 3 dots in the top right corner of the review and click "Report a Concern". You can also leave a comment at the bottom of the review if you would like to get clarification or ask for more information.

How do I decide which software to buy or consider?

If you're researching software, check out the resources available on our Learning Hub where you can read articles and expand your knowledge of all things B2B software and services. Why was my review rejected?

If your review was rejected, you should receive an email with the noted reason. If you’re unable to find the email, check your spam folder. You can also log in to your G2 account and navigate to the Reviews section to see the rejection reason. For comprehensive review rejection rationale, and ways to get your review approved, head here.

Can I post my review anonymously?

You sure can. At the bottom of the survey is a question that will ask, “Allow my review to show my name and face in the G2 community?” Click No, and your review will be anonymized.
