Conflict of Interest and Commitment
Oversee and manage UCF's Conflict of Interest and Commitment Program.
Foreign Influence
Support the university’s foreign influence compliance program in collaboration with the Research Compliance Office and the Office of International Collaboration and Export Control.

Manage UCF's secure ethics hotline, administered by an independent third party available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing individuals a way to report with complete anonymity.
Privacy Compliance
Establish standards for the protection of data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and monitor the university’s compliance with these requirements.
Youth Protection
Ensure programs comply with requirements and expectations for providing a safe environment when minors are participating in activities at UCF.
Investigations
Conduct timely investigations of allegations of noncompliance with the Code of Conduct and university regulations and policies, as well as provide guidance on corrective actions.
Gifts and Honoraria
Provide oversight and guidance related to compliance with the gift and honoraria section of the Florida Code of Ethics for Public Officers and Employees.
Guidance
Provide guidance on ethics and compliance activities to foster a culture that embeds these disciplines in all university functions.
Implementation of New Laws and Regulations
Develop university regulations and/or policies and procedures that reflect UCF’s commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
