What Is Olivia Rodrigo’s “GUTS World Tour”?

Olivia Rodrigo’s “GUTS World Tour” comes in support of her sophomore album, GUTS, which dropped on September 8th, 2023. The first single, “vampire,” was already a No. 1 hit — and Consequence’s Song of the Week — after it debuted this past summer, and now, the rest of the tracks are quickly becoming part of the pop lexicon of the 2020s.

The tour itself officially kicked off on February 23rd, 2024, in Palm Springs, California, with Rodrigo serving up a 22-song performance that included every track from “GUTS” plus the bonus track “obsessed.” Rodrigo’s stage show was divided into five acts and included choreographed dancers. At one point during the concert, she even floated around the arena while sitting atop a giant crescent moon.

The “GUTS World Tour” will go through the South West and the South East, and then up through the Midwest, into Canada, and back down the East Coast. She’ll close out that leg with four back-to-back nights at Madison Square Garden in New York.

After that, she’ll turn the “GUTS World Tour” into a “world” tour by heading over to Europe in April 2024. There, she’ll do shows in the UK, before hopping around to cities like Berlin, Paris, Madrid, and more.

Then, in July 2024, Rodrigo will head back to North America for the tour’s final leg, going down the East Coast to Atlanta, then through the US to the West Coast, where she’ll play the final shows of the tour. The whole thing will close with four back-to-back nights at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on August 13th and 14th, 2024.

Who Is Opening for Olivia Rodrigo on Her “GUTS Tour”?

Olivia Rodrigo will be joined by a handful of exciting guests for the “GUTS World Tour.” For the first leg, she’ll be joined by Chappell Roan, whose song “Pink Pony Club” was named a “Need to Hear” track by Consequence when it debuted in 2020. From there, alt rock royalty The Breeders will join Rodrigo for the final four dates on the first North American leg, providing support for her back-to-back nights at Madison Square Garden.

After that, Remi Wolf is set to open for the duration of the European leg, and PinkPantheress will provide support for the final North American leg. Then, when the tour wraps up with its final four nights in Los Angeles, The Breeders will return to help close things out.
