Strawberry, Millet and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
Yield:1 large or 2 small servings
- ¼cup, tightly packed, cooked millet
- 1cup / 6 ounces hulled strawberries, preferably frozen
- 1small ripe banana
- 1cup plain kefir
- 1tablespoon soaked cashews (soaked for several hours or overnight in water)
- 1teaspoon pomegranate molasses
- 1 or 2ice cubes if not using frozen strawberries
Preparation
- Step 1
Place all of the ingredients in the jar of a blender and blend at high speed until smooth. Serve right away.
