Ingredients
Yield:2 servings
- 8ounces green beans
- 2ounces plain white mushrooms
- 2teaspoons grainy mustard
- 1teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Preparation
- Step 1
Trim and wash beans. Steam over water about 7 minutes.
- Step 2
Wash, trim stems and dry mushrooms. Slice thinly.
- Step 3
In serving bowl, combine mustard and vinegar; stir in mushrooms.
- Step 4
Drain beans and cut in half. Stir into mushrooms and dressing.
