Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Cook potatoes until tender in water to cover in covered pot, 10 to 15 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Saute apple in oil until it softens.

  3. Step 3

    In food processor combine cooked, drained potatoes, apple, onion, caraway seeds, butter and pepper, and process until mixture is reasonably smooth.
