Kirsten Wegner is a lawyer, policy expert, and writer on fintech and financial markets. As Co-Chair, Financial Services Task Force, Women in Government Relations, a nonprofit in DC, she supports her peers in the women in fintech community. Kirsten has over twenty years experience as an industry representative of the financial services and technology communities, working with Congress, regulators, and industry to drive consensus on fintech issues. She is a Member of the Mosaic Cohort of Progressive Policy Institute, and a member of the Economic Club of Washington, and has testified on artificial intelligence before Congress and the CFTC TAC. She is the host of “AI [StudyHall],” a podcast on the evolving space of artificial intelligence.
