Having invested more than 10,000 hours over 1000 peer group meetings since 2005, Tina's expertise led her to establish and later sell her TAB (The Alternative Board) franchise in Maryland’s Baltimore-Washington Corridor in 2012. Remarkably, she became one of the largest single-owner peer board franchisees globally in the first year, paving the way for her role as the founder of LXCouncil (Leader Exchange Council).
