    Mail Returns
    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Great materials, beautiful bag

    It's a gorgeous bag and the materials are high quality and durable. I should have measured the width of my laptop because the built-in sleeve isn't quite wide enough, but it still fits in the body of the bag. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase!

    Cappucino Leather Backpack

    I got the 13" backpack for my birthday. It was a great self-gift! Beautiful medium tan/brown shade that goes nicely with everything. Wonderfully lightweight (something I was very concerned about). The magnetic pockets and flap are terrific and the small latch inside really does the job of holding it together so items don't fall out. It has been more useful than I had hoped it would be and I am glad I went ahead and ordered it. I am a teacher and have a young child, so i am always carrying something - this is big enough for daily use, but unlike a tote will not hurt my back and shoulders.

    Where do I begin ? I’ve been eyeing this for over 6 months now, and I just had to. Since I have recently started commuting by public transport, I wanted something that had the quick accessibility, the beauty/appeal as well as the compartments.

    I got the 13” and it fits so many thing and the best part is - the straps don’t fall from your shoulder (my previous designer leather backpack had its straps falling to my elbow constantly). Love the leather quality and the snug fit. Really glad I got this.
