    We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order. Monogrammed items, shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable. You may receive the merchandise amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $8 return shipping and administrative fee.     Loved the travel beauty roll and customer service!

    Bought this for a friend for her bday as I was gifted this for my birthday! Love it so much! Recently took it on my travels to India and love how my makeup fit in it perfectly! The monogram adds such elegance to it! I bought it at the Abbot Kinney store over the phone and a friend picked it up for me and the process was flawless!

    Perfect travel makeup bag

    I love this makeup bag. It lays everything out beautifully when getting ready. I really like that it is the perfect size for all of my makeup, so it makes it easy to get ready while on the go. I was a bit hesitant about the cream color getting scuffed & dirty in my suitcase, but it comes with a dust bag that is large enough, even when the roll is loaded with my makeup.

    Quality is great but color is off

    I really wanted to love this, especially considering the quality and the price point. However, I bought both the Ecru and Terracotta colors, and they’re both not what I had expected. I expected more of a matte feel but it doesn’t feel as luxurious. Color is slightly off. Not what I was looking for unfortunately.

    I’m still a fan of Cuyana after buying so many pieces, but with the rising costs, I’m hesitant to keep items if they aren’t what they seem. Just can’t justify the cost.

    Very disappointed. Quality leather but not really meant for much make-up. Only flat items really fit. Will have to try a different option.
