    Optimus is an an evolved change approach for the bank, a new way of working, formed around the three core capabilities of Service Design, Systems Thinking and Agile. Optimus provides a framework based on an Agile mindset and is focused on fostering a culture of collaboration, adaptability, transparency, and trust.

    This evolution has enabled the creation of a hybrid modular approach and framework that covers the end-to-end spectrum of delivery from inception to in use by customers, ensuring that delivering value through considered outcomes and delighting the customer is at the heart of the whole process.
