About This Report

The Federal Mail Management Data is collected  through the Simplified Mail Accounting Report (SMART). It comprises annual spend and the number of pieces shipped for each mail category and courier used.  The data is collected yearly at the agency and bureau level.The dashboard is also updated yearly and has historically been available in January or February of each fiscal year.
