With “ENGAGE”, we introduced our first global Employee Engagement Survey that allows our people to actively bring in their voice and shape how we work together. Being committed to our company, our people bring our goals and values to life. One key result from our ENGAGE survey was that our people wished to better understand the company strategy and how it translates into our everyday work. We are convinced that open communication is essential for cultivating a highly engaged workforce. We therefore introduced a series of strategy workshops. Having started in Germany, the workshops will soon expand to other locations during the upcoming trips of our CEO Josef Ernst. Maximizing OEE in the intelligent Factory: key insights from Brazil Technology Days 🚀 On July 23 and 25, the Brazil Technology Days in São Paulo and Manaus offered information on maximizing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) in modern, intelligent electronics factories. Over 120 attendees across both locations had the opportunity to explore new perspectives in SMT manufacturing. Key takeaways: 💡 Availability, Performance, Quality: Cesar Takamine, Country Manager Brazil for ASMPT, emphasized the importance of these three pillars in OEE.
