Today, we released the Q2 financial report, showing improved profitability driven by successful execution of cost reductions and pricing. This was despite a slight decline in net sales, due to lower light vehicle production in the industry. However, we see strong customer production plans indicating that this weakness should be temporary. At Autoliv, our vision is saving more lives on the road. Our advanced pedestrian protection systems, such as Pedestrian Airbags and Active Hood Lifters, are designed to safeguard vulnerable road users. Since introducing the first Pedestrian Protection Airbag in 2012, we have continued to innovate and expand our range of passive protection systems to set new standards in road safety. Together, we are creating a safer, more secure future for all road users.

We recently participated in the Automotive Summit 2024 in Thailand, showcasing our breakthrough technology for motorcycle and bike safety solutions, including on-vehicle airbags, airbag vests and helmets. Our Autoliv Thailand Country Manager, Manee Bagguley, delivered a fantastic presentation about future crash protection technologies and our mission to improve motorcycle safety by addressing the problem from several important angles.

Summer is here, and small changes can make a big difference on the road. By slowing down from 100 km/h to 80 km/h, we can significantly reduce crash severity. Embrace safer driving speeds and protect yourself and others.

In June, Autoliv China proudly participated in the UN's "Decade of Action for Road Safety 2021-2030," organized by CATARC in the west of China. Our team visited six schools, educating students about road safety and donating school supplies. On June 25th, we connected with students from rural areas at a local middle school, sharing knowledge and planting seeds of safety in their hearts.

Last week, we announced our extended collaboration with the UN Road Safety Fund, reaffirming our dedication to improving motorcycle safety. To follow up on this, yesterday, Jordi Lombarte, our EVP and CTO, led a discussion panel with global stakeholders to address critical gaps in motorcycle safety as part of the UNRSF's 2024 Call for Proposals. Our comprehensive approach includes on-vehicle safety, rider safety, and safety awareness, with innovations like the first motorcycle airbags launching in 2025 and the upcoming airbag vest. By working together, we can create safer roads for everyone.

Honouring World Motorcycle Day, we're proud to announce the renewal of our collaboration with the UN Road Safety Fund (UNRSF) to enhance motorcycle safety globally. With the number of motorcycles on the road tripling since 2011, focusing on safety is more important than ever. Together with the UNRSF – UN Road Safety Fund, we are committed to sharing knowledge and insights to empower the international road safety community to drive necessary changes to create safer roads for all. This partnership supports the UN Sustainable Development Goal 3.6 to reduce road traffic fatalities and injuries by 2030 and aligns with Autoliv's goal of saving 100,000 lives annually.

We're excited to introduce airbag cushions made from 100% recycled polyester, marking a significant step towards reducing our environmental footprint. With the successful testing of this new material, we're proud to maintain our high safety standards while reducing GHG emissions by approximately 50% at the polymer level.
