Getestet wird die Kombination aller integrierter Komponenten einschließlich PC; Kameras und Kabel durch unseren Servicetechniker Andreas Steiner Was ist das Besondere an dem System zur Qualitätskontrolle? Unser Kunde fertigt Industriegeräte in hoher Varianz und deshalb in manueller Fertigung. Die hohe Qualität der Montage muss aber gewährleistet sein, und genau hier kommen wir ins Spiel: Unsere Kameras nehmen Bilder des Produkts von allen Seiten auf. Diese werden dann je nach Anwendung mit #KI basiertem #DeepLearning oder mit klassischer, Regel basierter #Bildverarbeitung untersucht. „Es ist uns wichtig, dass wir die Vorteile beider Welten optimal einsetzen: Die von KI basierter Deep Learning Technologie und die klassische, messende Bildverarbeitung. Beide Technologien haben ihre Vorteile, bringen aber auch gewisse Nachteile mit sich. Deshalb führt gerade bei komplexen Projekten die optimale Kombination beider Technologien schneller zum Erfolg, und stellt das Ergebnis auch transparenter dar.“, so unser Geschäftsführer Michael Biermeier Das Messsystem im Überblick: 🔸 Je Anlage werden Bilder in verschiedenen Auflösungen aus allen Richtungen mit Industriekameras von Basler AG erzeugt. 🔸 Im Basisprojekt werden 70 (ja genau: siebzig (!) ) #DeepLearning Modelle mit der Deep Learning Software Neuro-T von Neurocle trainiert und in die Auswertung integriert. 🔸 Weitere Auswertungen wie korrekte Positionierungen von Komponenten, die in mm angegeben sind, werden klassisch vermessen und ebenfalls integriert. 🔸 Die Software ist so flexibel aufgebaut, dass der Kunde die Möglichkeit hat, selbstständig und ohne unsere Mithilfe neue Auswertungen zu erzeugen. Dies kann er mit vorhandenen Auswertungen oder durch die Erzeugung neuer Modelle. 🔸 Durch den Kauf der Trainingssoftware Neuro-T von Neurocle kann der Kunde schnell und erfolgreich Deep Learning Modelle selbst erzeugen, auch als Nicht-KI-Experte. In der Software ist unsere CameraAPP integriert, wodurch Bilder in hoher Varianz erzeugt werden können.
