It's done! With the mediation committee prevented, the Cannabis legalization bill has cleared the last major hurdle today to enter into force in just a few days. So cannabis will indeed be legal in Germany. But what does that actually mean? First and foremost, it puts an end to decades of failed prohibition policies and the unjust criminalization and prosecution of cannabis users. Along with the entire German cannabis community, we rejoice at this. At Cantourage we are also looking forward to being able to supply many more people with our products from the best cultivators around the globe in the future. With the abolition of the narcotic status, numerous bureaucratic hurdles to obtaining a cannabis prescription will no longer apply. Anyone wishing to improve their quality of life with medical-grade cannabis will be able to do so more easily than ever before. What a day.

Cannabis for every adult who wants to improve their quality of life with this amazing plant. What we work for every day is finally becoming a reality in Germany! No, this law is far from perfect. But it is so much better than what years of prohibition have done. Der Weg in die Cannabis-Therapie: Nach wie vor eine große Herausforderung. Die Versorgung mit medizinischem Cannabis in Deutschland wird immer besser: Günstigere Preise, mehr Auswahl, höhere Qualität. Was man in der "Bubble“ aber schnell vergisst: Ohne Vorwissen kann es zum Spießrutenlauf werden, ein Cannabis-Rezept zu bekommen. Wir haben mithilfe einer fiktiven Patientin in den vergangenen Wochen 400 zufällig ausgewählte Allgemeinärzte und -ärztinnen in den 20 größten deutschen Städten angeschrieben und nach ihrer Bereitschaft für die Beratung zu einer Cannabistherapie gefragt. Die Ergebnisse sind (leider) eindeutig - was uns in unserer Überzeugung bestärkt, den Zugang zu Cannabis-Therapien mit www.telecan.eu weiter zu vereinfachen.
