A film crew accompanied us throughout the day. Together with other companies, we can present ourselves as a local company from 𝗞𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗵𝘇𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗻. We are very happy to be part of this fantastic project. 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝟮.𝟬: 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸-𝗼𝗳-𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘀𝗲 🖐️ Our 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 have been 𝘂𝗽𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗱: For two months we have been using 10 new 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸-𝗼𝗳-𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 (from Zebra) and yesterday the software manufacturer 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗿 came to collect our feedback on site. The logistics team is delighted: one device instead of three, ready for use in 10 seconds. We have further optimised our processes with 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗯𝘆 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 and reduced the error rate. 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 🏗️ In July of this year, we gave the go-ahead for the 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 of our new 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 in Kirchzarten. A warehouse with around 1,500 square metres of additional space is being built on our former car park. Every one of our 6.9 billion components will soon find its place here. 😉 On average, 2,300 consignments leave our warehouse every week - that's 250 million 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. That's a lot - which is why we're looking forward to our new fully automated pallet high-bay warehouse in the new hall. It was an exciting competition between the best teams - and we were right in the thick of it. 🥳 The last weekends were full of action: three ECOMAL teams took part in the Kirchzarten Goal Wall Open. The atmosphere was great, the weather was beautiful and we had a great time. Even for the non-technical among us, the exciting world of 𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗔𝗟 products came alive and we now have a better understanding of how we are helping to shape the technologies of today and tomorrow. From energy recovery in forklift trucks to charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, our products are indispensable in many sectors. From medical technology to renewable energy and aviation: ECOMAL is everywhere.
