Here are some easy-to-follow tips to help you sleep better and run your best on Wednesday!   🌡 Body Temperature: In the evening, your core body temperature drops slightly, signaling your brain to release the sleep hormone melatonin. This drop helps you fall and stay asleep.   ⏰ Hormonal Interactions: Your internal clock affects hormone interactions. For instance, in the morning, your body produces more insulin to convert food into energy. Regular meals act as cues for your body throughout the day. Breakfast signals the start, lunch marks the middle, and dinner prepares your body for the night.   🛌 Quick wins for better sleep: 1. Warm Bath Before Bed: Take a warm shower or bath about 30 minutes before sleep to help regulate your body temperature. 2. Sleep-Friendly Environment & Schedule: Ensure your bedroom is quiet, tidy, dark, and at a comfortable temperature. 3. Stick to your regular sleep schedule as routine is important for a healthy sleep rhythm. 4. Mind Your Meals: Leave 2-3 hours between your last meal and bedtime for digestion.
