In my eyes, the mentor as well as the mentee both really benefit from the relationship. The program offers an excellent platform to learn from each other, to get to know and understand different views, and to get valuable food for thought. As a mentor, I get to know about different entrepreneurial conditions or maybe even state-of-the-art university content, and the exchange allows me to deep dive into other company levels. It is a great feeling to guide and accompany the mentee through challenging times, career steps, and to share success stories. Very often, it can be seen as an encouragement to concretize and realize the mentee’s own wishes and ideas.
